We are adaptable and can set up in various environments, including indoors if needed. In case of bad weather, we recommend having a backup plan or tented area where we can operate safely and comfortably.

Can the cocktail menu be customized for my event?

Do you require a deposit to secure a booking?
Yes, we require a deposit to secure your booking. The deposit amount is typically 50% of the total service cost, with the balance due on the day of the event.
How do you handle alcohol licensing and insurance?
We are fully licensed and insured to serve alcohol at events. Our team provides all legal requirements, ensuring a hassle-free experience for you. *Please note we are licensed to serve alcohol and not to sell alcohol, we do not hold an ABC license to sell.
How far in advance should I book for my event?
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your desired date, especially during peak seasons. A minimum of 4 weeks in advance is ideal, but don’t hesitate to reach out even if your event is coming up soon—we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
What areas do you serve?
Elevated Pours is available for events within a 20 miles radius of Jacksonville FL. For events outside this area, please contact us to discuss possible arrangements.
Do you offer non-alcoholic options?
Yes, we offer a wide range of non-alcoholic beverages, including mocktails, sodas, and juices. We’re committed to providing an inclusive drinking experience that caters to all guests.
